Fresh and Sassy!

Ha! I got the chop! I feel so fresh and sassy with my new hair cut. I wonder what took me so long to get it done! I love the feeling of a bare neck. It's so light and airy! When I get up first thing in the morning I don't have to search my nightstand for a pony tail holder. Before, I always had to have my hair out of my face but now I can just push the front behind my ears and charge on!

I splurged and got highlights as well. They are a nice warm caramel color. It blends great and adds a little something extra to my plain brown natural color. I tried for the longest time (about a 19 months) to do my part in keeping costs down around here - by not starting back getting colored. But I loved being blonde, and it makes me feel pretty! And darn it, I deserve it! Actually, the JCPenney Salon where I went is priced great. They have the different levels of stylists but my gal was the lowest level. I loved her! She gave the BEST scalp massage and we had a good time cuttin' up and carrying on while she did my hair.
