To Rain or Not to Rain...

...that is the question! We could really use some rain. It seems like every time a storm is-a comin' Plano puts up it's force field and it dissipates. I don't know if it's the heat from the city or some other natural phenomenon, but inevitably a big storm will come across Ft. Worth, hit Denton and Flower Mound, Lewisville and west Plano...we'll be watching it on radar, hoping and willing it to just make it a little bit further...it's starts to get smaller...the bright yellow starts to turn to dark green, then light green...it's getting closer, but smaller and smaller, then we look out the window as it starts to sprinkle - for five minutes. And that's it. Every time. Last week we got to see this pretty rainbow but man, we could sure use some rain.
