Did ya'll get your check from George yet? We got ours and I can think of a few things to spend it on to "help the economy".

• A big, beautiful, exotic peacock for the backyard. Maybe even two.


• A day at the spa with massage, facial, and mani/pedi. Also, perhaps an expensive mud or seaweed treatment would be in order since I am splurging.


• A nice dinner out with my Joshie and Joseph. Definitely somewhere that uses fancy sauces - a bernaise or hollandaise or demi glaze or remoulade or mushroom sauce or duck sauce or anything else delicious; can be served in sauce boat or directly over meat. Must have cloth napkins and candles on the table.


• A dinner out somewhere with a big pie selection. Pies and cobblers and crumbles, oh my!


• Nice comfy chairs for the back porch.


• Extra house payment. After all, I should think of a few practical uses.


• Shopping spree at Hobby Lobby and Garden Ridge and Michaels.


• Hot air balloon ride.


• Photoshop book by Scott Kelby - I hear he is the cream of the crop when it comes to photoshop.


• A maid. Please. Just to help me get caught up. Just to get an even playing field. Just once. Then I can take over.


• Man, I can't think of anything else right now; my head is swirling thinking of having a maid come. I may be on to something with that...
